I have just had a marathon session this morning and I have broken the back of the Christmas shopping .... BUT I cannot for the life of me think what DD wants. She is 10 and loves BRATZ ( she has loads ) and she also likes Lego ( where I have bits n bobs )

But I am looking for her MAIN present ....

Any bright ideas ... please !!

Pink gameboy advance, bike or portable dvd player

I don't wish to sound negative ... but the gameboy - she isn't too keen on and the bike - she got for her birthday.

DVD - can be played on DHs notebook when he brings is back from work ...

but thanks myalias - and keep going

I know it's difficult finding something that they haven't already got or will actually get played with. My ds is nearly 10 and we have bought him loads of Man Utd stuff and he is getting a bike. My youngest ds is 5 on Christmas day and it's even more difficult to seperate the gifts. I am giving them a joint pressie on the 28th December we are going to see the Lion King and they can choose a gift in Hamleys up to £20.

mmmm maybe and "experience" could be the answer ...

My dd was given an MP3 player for her 10th birthday recently. It was only a cheap one, nothing like an iPOd, so wont be a big loss if it gets lost/broken but it has been a BIG hit. dd2 (8) is desperate for one. Big cool factor with friends too.
