We've got a graco auto baby at the mo, which was fine when ds was teeny, but now I can barely make it from the car to the front door without dislocating my shoulder!

Can anyone recommend a lighter seat (size 0), or do I need to start spending nap time working on my biceps???

Apologies for being a weedy female!

Take him out and carry him, after 3 kids I know this is the only way to protect your back. You don't want to shell out for another size 0 seat when you will soon need the next one, they grow quick

A friend had the Jane Rebel, which was really lightweight. Quite expensive I'd have thought, though

Yes leave the seat in the car and carry him to and from it. You are very likely to damage your back otherwise.
