just wonering if any one has one of the new ones? - if u do would u mind doing me a mini review here - I'm after knowing portability/ease of use esp as it will be aminly me using it alone. putting it together - as in the car seat etc. how did u find it with a LO inside? - was it rather heavy? - it feels smooth when we pushed it about - but obviously the shop girl wanted us to buy so was after some honest opnions of it please.

thanks.

Munz- we had an old one- fixed wheel, it was lovely to push but a nightmare to lift in and out of the car. They also take up a fair bit of room and even with the wheels off are not as small as our phil and teds...If the new one is as light as it says I reckon it's a good option. One thing I would advise- get them to take it out to your car and practise lifting it in and out (even pregnant) and folding it. If you find it bulky at all....I would shop around a bit more. Another good sign is that there are not that many secondhand on ebay- people must be fairly contented with them. HTH

thanks it does - i'm hoping it's fairly compatible for storing in doors. not too fussy about the car - it will go in the boot - need to see if it will go on back seat as well incase we have the dogs in the boot.

I found the hardest tme was fitting it in the car when we went on holiday.....alomg with the travel cot, clothes toys, dog highchair, baby bath etc etc kitchen sink .... it JUST fitted in the front passenger seat footwell with the seat right back!

new purchase but like it so far for babe - it does feel smooth tho quite heavy esp for 1-handed pushing if you;re holding hand of another LO. Great for long walks, shopping no idea yet about putting in & out of car as rarely drive anyway. HTH
