Britax Club Class Extra - how to remove the cover?

OK, I admit it, I bought this 5 years ago, stopped using it about a year ago (as we got a booster seat) and I've never washed the cover. It's not nice and of course there have been various puke/wee/juice combos spilt on it over the years so it really does need a wash before I even consider using it for baby #2 but I can't work out how to get the cover off (ahh, maybe that's why I haven't ever done it then, har de har). Surely it comes off? How? Anyone know? I don't have to do it for at least a year since it's a 9 month + one so no rush but would like to know. TIA!

Not sure if it works the same way as our Freeway Excel but we have to pull the shoulder straps through to the back (undoing them from retainers behind the seat at waist level and twisting the buckles to get them through the slits),unthread the crotch buckle from cover and then it should slide off if you release the edges. Putting it back together is a fun process too.

Doesn't the Club Class work rearwards from birth ?

It should be in the little instruction booklet that came with the seat.

Liz, we have to do the same with our Britax First Class (birth-4 years seat).

thread the big metal buckles ,holding the harness into seat, out and through the back.pull the chet pads through as well. the cover should then come off if you undo the elastic clips at the side. try the britax website they maybe able to send you the instructions.
