I'm after larger hooded towels for my baby

Does anyone sell such a thing?

Ikea sells wider ones that are big enough to go round a toddler.

If you want something personalised
weenotions.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=354&zenid=g082ajr2gku65s4dkoro184qm2

They are big and roomy. I've got one for my nearly 2 year old and it should last her for ages.
