If any of you use ELC online for your xmas pressie will you do me the favour of putting in the code NFRC 140 BEFORE YOU FINISH SHOPPING...
SORRY, TODDLER ALERT.
this means that ELC will then give a voucher to our playgroup for toys.
It won't help you out personally, but our group will end up with some nice new toys after xmas.
Thanks in advance, i will keep bumping this, and would be happy if anyone else wants to.
happy shopping!!

I dont want to spoil it for you noops but I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of using the ELC website about what happened to me. I placed a huge order for just about all the christmas presents that i needed to buy for children of ELC age and requested that it be delivered to my husbands office address. The order was accepted. I waited patiently but as it got nearer to christmas and it ahdn't arrived thought I'd better investigate. To cut a long story short, it seems that the ELC's delivery company will not deliver to company/office addresses but there was nothing to tell you this on the website. The customer doesn't actually get to hear about this until the goods are delivered back to the ELC warehouse and a credit is then issued to the customer's credit card. In may case, this was 5 weeks after I'd placed.

My mother always told me that if you haven't got anything good to say about someone or something then dont say anything at all so ELC customer service dept ......

thanks for that, so i suppose everyone needs to be aware that the delivery address needs to be a home address to stop any confusion
thanks again, starshaker
