making folders on a kindle

as my kindle is getting a bit crowded, I decided to divide stuff up into folders (or collections I think they might be called). I managed to create the folders but now don't know how to transfer books into them....is this something I can only do by plugging the kindle into a computer? was feeling really chuffed too...

Highlight a book title then use the four-way rocker click switch and click right.

It then gives you the option to add a book to a collection
