What age did you start using a booster seat. DD is 2 in December and I think it might be time to move her from the high chair.

Any recommendations?

Depends if you think she still needs strapping in or not. We had the safety 1st one that you could fold up and take out with you. I really recommend that as we got lots of use out of it and you can even use it on the floor as it has it's own little tray (you can use it with or without the tray). You can also adjust the height slightly by turning the base over which makes it last that bit longer.

After that we changed to the 'chair lift' which we got from the GLTC. You put it under the normal dining chair to raise it higher off the floor and it makes them feel more grown-up. My ds is still using his and he is 5. You can also take it out with you if you want as it folds up small but it is quite heavy.

HTH.

We also have the safety first one ,and it is fab! we have only used the tray when at someone's house when they had no table, but to have it is useful!

dd is 2.5 and we must have got it when she was just over 2. she loves it, it is so lovely to eat all around the table and it os so so so much easier to kepe clean than a silly high chair!!
