Does anyone know what these are called?

My son's nursery have this toy in the pre-school room.

It's basically a collection of coloured discs, possibly hexagon-shaped, that fit together.

I'm hoping to buy this for his birthday, but the nursery is shut for Easter and no amount of googling has found it.

I'm sorry I haven't got much detail - only got a quick glimpse when picking up but he seemed to love it.
