I often see threads about bad service so thought it would be nice to share some positive ones?
I have a 'littlelife' backpack with reins for my daughter, we can find the clip on rein anywhere.
I was considering getting her a new one but seemed a shame as the bag is perfectly lovely. So I emailed Littlelife to ask if they sold the reins seperatly and how much would one be posted.
The CS lady emailed me back asking for my address and said she would 'pop one in the post' for me !
Am really pleased!
