Why is it everything I want to order is out of stock?

Having a rant/moan everything I want to get DD for Christmas seems to be out of stock online and I can't find it in the shops.

I'm not buying her loads and I know there is still 7 weeks before Santa delivers it but I desperately want:

a Tomy Aquadraw from boot online (want to buy 2 Happyland sets on 3 for 2)
a pop up tent/ball pit from ELC

I'm too fat/hormonal/pregnant to go traipsing around the shops for them!!

I spent half of yesterday trying to order stuff and there was something unavailable from everywjere.

I cam across this site mailorderexpress.com and they seem very good. They had all the stuff I wanted. They do loads of toys, and all different brands.
But thier search engine is crap.

As is my typing!!

I started a thread on this a while ago with some items thaty the manufacturers were warning retailers would be in short supply

it's a gamble having enough to go round and not being left with duff stock and it can be unbalanced so easily

big retailers order in the early part of the year and find it difficult to respond to late demand

its the pesky consumers that buy 40% of toys in 10% of the year that are to blame

thanks littlerach will have a look

oh and I want a bedside cot from Toysrus that's never in stock!!!!
