New cordless phone - which one?

Now the answerphone AND phone itself have packed up!

Does anyone have a recommendation - any offers on anywhere or search engines would be good too

apparently Carphone Warehouse are doing a pretty good Motorola one - according to dh

Some allow you to take the SIM card out of your mobile and upload the contents of your phonebook to your home cordless. This can be handy if you are that way inclined.

We got a BT phone that does this. I think the model was X10 IIRC. There are a few others too.
