Toys R Us have it (although it's out of stock on the website right now), and I've seen the sets on eBay. We got this for dd2's birthday and she was disappointed to find Boots wasn't included - we ended up asking SIL in the USA to get a full character set from amazon.com and send it over. Well worth doing if you have any friends/family over there.
