Soft changing mat?

We have a standard PVC-covered changing mat for DD1, but are currently on our second - we change her on the sofabed, and she jumps up and down on it so much that they've both cracked, so have holes in them, exposing the foam inside, which can't be too hygienic. Can you get soft changing mats that don't crack when jumped on a million times? Or some kind of practical alternative?

TBH - my mats were only 99p-£1.50 so at that price I would just buy another.

that was 2 years ago but if you shop around they can be cheap enough e.g. markets, ethel austin,

I never buy things like that from Mothercare/Boots etc as the cost is rediculous for what it is.

you could also make your own froma chuck of foam and wipeable pvc tablecloths.
