Where can I buy a die-cast metal toy of Concorde? I've seen various aeroplanes, but not one of Concorde. Can anyone help please?

Bought one for ds at Heathrow airport in the duty-free shops. Doesn't help, sorry. If only I could remember the name of the shop. Actually, I think it was Hamleys, or something like that, well known toy shop anyway

I saw some the other day in M&S - don't know if they were die-cast though (but I would expect so).

I got one for DS at manchester airport, hang on I'll go and find it

It says TOYTECH on the bottom, it's about 8" long but isn't metal, it's plastic. Good toy though and you can press a button for a good Concorde sound!

Airfix - how are you with glue?

JanH · 26/10/2005 21:15

Corgi - £6.99

MaggieW · 27/10/2005 08:23

Wow - thanks for your swift replies! DS came home with the M&S one last night which was £15.00. Opening the box, which is huge, it contains just a tiny pile of plastic (worth about £1.00, I reckon, which has to be assembed and is really brittle so not robust enough for DS, 3. Am ordering the Corgi one now. Thank again.

Just seen these in Hobbycraft - two different sizes by Corgi (in case you haven't ordered it yet).
