Curtain hold-backs that don't stick out? Maybe hang down like a loo roll holder?

I have curtains inside my front door which I plan to take down in summertime (leaving the pole up).
The front door has windows on each side that the curtains hang straight down in front of so I want some sort of hold-backs/hooks to hold them out of the way.
But...I don't think i want normal hold-backs that will stick out/get in the way/look odd when then curtains aren't there.

Whilst thinking on the loo the other day (as you do :) ) - i thought that loo roll holders that hang straight down when no loo roll is on them would work better. But if I just bought loo roll holders they would look extra weird, no?

Like this - would they work to hold the curtain out of the way do you think?
And would they just look surreal in the summer?

Why not just use tie backs tied around the curtain ( like a ponytail) rather than having anything attached to the wall? You could use ribbon or any nice material if you don't like any official tiebacks.

Well, I could I suppose but in reality I don't think I'd get round to tying up some ribbon every day just wanted to hook the pile of curtain behind a hook.
Plus, would have to attach the ribbon to the curtain too otherwise it would end up on the floor/getting lost/in the toy box when undone.

Will keep looking...
