Quinny Freestyle 3xl

Hi, I have had several punctures in my Quinny Freestyle 3xl . My DH keep changing the inner tube but is getting a bit sick of doing that. I seem to find every thorn and glass there is in Kent!! or so my DH thinks. I was wondering if anyone knew where we could get some decent of-road tires that would fit on the quinny wheels.

You could try putting slime in the tyres. There also a protective strip that you can put between the inner tube and tyre, I'll see if I can find it and post a link.

This is the stuff I mean. I've never bought from this site though so I'm not necessarily recommending that you buy from here, I can't remember where I saw the stuff before but I would imagine that any good bike shop would stock it.

you can get the slime put in the tyres at halfords they chardge about a £5.00 for the whole lot - and saves you the hassle
