Does one exist that is;

has a filter to stop the hard water bits coming out the spout
has a whistle
Stay cool handle
Stay cool whistle
suitable for all hob types

I have an Alessi one that ticks all your requirements (I think!) apart from the filter.

We use it in our static caravan which is in a very hard water area - I use a Britax water filter jug to filter the water before it goes into the kettle. Does the job and prevents scummy cups of tea.

Got it secondhand - £90 for a caravan kettle would be a bit Shock Grin

I got one in ikea for £12, we use it every day and I love it!

I ended up with the Tesco one, the description is incomplete it comes with a whistle and is suitable for electric hobs but doesn't mention induction (no idea how they work)

It has a copper base, fairly light, long spout that doesn't drip, and you don't get steamed using it

Looks good to IMO, was able to buy it in local store too

no filter but I use a brita filter too so hopefully not too much of an issue.
