I have a kindle and have been using Amazon and Project Gutenburg in the main but am wondering if there are other sites I can buy from.

I can but ePub etc if they are not DRMed as it seems fairly easy to convert them using Calibre.

Any ideas welcome!

I've only used Amazon so far, so also interested to know of other sources of books.

I mainly buy off Amazon but I have had a few good freebie books off Smashwords.

I have sony ereader and borow ebooks from my local library, my main reason for getting an e-reader vs kindle.

Same as Lasvegas. Have the Sony mainly because of the local library. Also because no waste of space with the keyboard (don't use it for much else but books).

I've just managed to buy a DVD with 2500 books in it for £3.50 from eBay! Seriously impressed. I'm becoming a bit of a Kindle convert.

i get mine from a torrent site, so free, and then convert them using calibre. Otherwise if i buy any it's generally off amazon
