3G kindle2 with green cover. No light. Use iPad when reading in dark.

Wifi Kindle don't know what edition - got it in January. Neoprene black/red cover. Use iPhone to read in the dark.

I love my kindle! I had it for xmas and cant put it down. Have so many books on it I don't have enough time to read them all.

I have a sony reader and may never read paper again :)

I have a Kindle WiFi (dh has the 3g version) - with a red cover. currently light-less, but it has started freezing up on me a bit, so I might get onto Amazon about that...

I wasn't having any issues with mine, and prefer it (slightly thinner/lighter than the lighted ones) so hadn't bothered doing anything about it.

but it has recently been buggering about a bit (freezing/restartign my kindle etc) so I guess the time has come to make the switch!

My Kindle is only about three weeks old but it's the best thing DH has ever bought me it's the wifi/3G version with a beautiful purple cover.

Marking place. Read four books on my kindle. Love it. Have cover envy as bought cheapy fake leather purple one on ebay.about to start 'One Day' by David Nicholls for my book club.
Love the free samples you can get. Very handy.

Another besotted Kindle owner here. Actually this is the second one. First one was left in the airport when on holiday in the Far East - disaster, especially when facing an 11 hour flight.

The insurance coughed up very quickly (thanks Aviva) and I bought an exact replica Kindle (WiFi), red leather cover with light, a couple of weeks ago. When I set up the replacement Kindle, there was a message on the Home Page saying that Amazon had noticed I had bought a second Kindle and would I like to transfer all my books on my (sadly lost) Kindly to my new one. It was a matter of moments to transfer them all. Brilliant.

I love my kindle and am excited about this topic! I've read loads of classics I never would have on account of them being free. :)

My cover is OK - fake leather on off ebay in pink, but I envy other people's! No light - I just make the text super-big!!!
