The BHS ones have been in the sale a while now. I got a pair for DD about 3 weeks ago and there weren't many left.
You can buy bridesmaid shoes at any wedding shop, but often they have to order them in. If I were you I'd get the yellow pages out and get on the phone now!
My DD is going to be a bridesmaid this weekend too

also, i looked evrywhere for shoes for dd's Christening as she was a bit older. I eventually foud some in a dance/ballet shop.

Girl Heaven (sp) do some ballet style shoes in various satin colours, dd wore them as she was a bridesmade (only 4) so we didn't want her falling over in heeled versions.
BHS had a good selection but didn't fit very well as she was going to be wearing them all day (and all night in the end), the ones from GH were great for dancing and sliding along the dance floor though.
