cleaning pink lining bag

I have a pink lining yummy mummy changing bag which is starting to look a bit grubby. The tag inside says not suitable for machine washing or dry cleaning and to dab clean only, which I have done but makes no difference.
The front and back of the bag is made from a plastic type material and the sides and bottom are a beige canvas material. There is also a canvas pocket on the front with some embrodiery on it. Shall I be brave and put it inside a pillow case in the washing machine on a delicate wash? Don't really want to reck it as it's lovely and was expensive.

I have a handwash cycle and can alter temperature so I'll put mine in that when it gets grubby. If you're not that brave then you could hand wash it.

Let me know what you decide to do - dh gave me one for Christmas as a gift to say we could start trying for number 2 so I haven't used it much - but occasionally for dd1 on day trips.
