Buying concert tickets - advice needed!

Can anyone recommend a reputable ticket agent for buying concert tickets? There has been a lot of stuff in the press lately about agents that rip you off/charge massive booking fees etc. and then don't deliver. I don't usually buy tickets online so not feeling very confident... Hmm

Why do you need to use an agent, is there not an option to buy direct from the venue/promoter?

Can't buy tickets direct 'cos they are sold out.
