Where can I get this scooter?

Keep seeing these scooters, they are blue and orange, have three wheels, and they do not have handle bars but a single stick to steer it with. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

I know they're available at Harrods - for the premium price you'd expect. Otherwise, call around to some bicycle shops. I tried one out for dd the other week at a shop on the Earl's Court Road in London....but, I can't remember the name of the shop!
