Puncture in Phils and Teds E3 - where do I get new bits from?

Our new P&T has got a puncture . Being a non-practical person, I don't know where to get what new bits I need, and don't know what to do with them anyway.

Help?

If it's only a slow puncture you can put some slime in through the valve. (Warning, put something underneath the wheel or do it outside because this stuff never comes out of the carpet.) Otherwise somewhere like toysrus sells puncture repair kits for bikes and they usually come with instructions. Best get a man to do it though.

Take wheel off, take to bike shop, go back 15 mins later when they've done it for me!

So I can just tke it to a bike shop - like a normal bike tyre really? I need to do something as although DH would mean well, he would take ages to actually do anything...

Absolutely

I used to carry a repair kit and a mini pump, as I had a puncture when out. Its just the same as repair a bike tyre.
