I've seen the perfect one from the White Company (sorry, crap at links but they only do one) but it's nearly 600 quid

Anyone have any ideas where I can get something much, much cheaper?

ikea have a white kids wardrobe; when you open it, it has shelves down one side. Can't remember the product range though, think it begins with M!!

We have an Ikea one with shelves down one side. And hanging plus shelves on the other. Although it is about 7 years old now and houses a filing cabinet and a load of my tat !

IKEA, deffo much cheaper and they are solid compared to other products at similar prices.

Ikea, definitely. Have alook on their website (but don't restrict yourself to the children's ranges)

We got a fab smallish Ikea wardrobe for ds' room (not part of the kids range though). It has 3 v large drawers on one side and hanging rail which is full length on the side without the drawers iykwim. I think it's called MALM.

BTW, if you get a full height grown up one you can usually squeeze an extra hanging rail in.

ikea hemnes range lovely white one, quite large which with clothes pile like dd's its perfect!
fabulous quality too ours is white. £265 from memory

we got ds (11) the ikea robin too but tbh the hanging side is little small if you have lots of hanging - he has school uniform ironed shirts etc and all his trousers. its not big enough tbh

We've got an Ikea one in DD's room. It is quite tall and one of those you can put together yourself. On one side it has 4 drawers and a hanging rail and two hanging rails on the other side, plus a shelf at one side at the bottom and a shelf across the top. DD is only 1 so some of the rails will have to come out as her clothes get longer!

We got ds a wardrobe from argos £100 and the third door has shelves which ds uses to store books and toys, There are also four draws underneath.
