My brand new iriver mp3 player is water damaged 
completely gutted. Now, I know it won't be covered by the guarantee but I'd like to have a shot at getting it fixed. Only problem is, the contact number for the European centre, advertised on it's website, doesn't work. Neither will they respond to my e mail. Am getting really frustrated, has anyone managed to get through to them?
