You can get a 7 inch portable at Argos for a lot less than £100 - we have the Venturer which I don't think they. Came complete with all the in car adaptor set/headphones etc. Have had some trouble playing home recorded DVDs on it (ie: it skips here and there) but shop bought DVDs play brilliantly on it.

we brought ds1 one from comet last year and it had a 7" screen and cost £180, this year to save arguments int he car we brought ds2 one as well, and got one which in my opinion is much better than ds1's from curry's for £90 it too has a 7" screen, and comes with in car adaptors,a lthough a cheaper brand name (matsui) does the job just as well as the more expensive one that we brough for ds1. (ds1 now trying to persuade ds2 that he wants the bigger one!!!)

We have some in our aldi,they have 2 7" screen for the back of the car seats,adaptors etc for only £149 HTH
