i need to take the cover off to wash it ,i have it all off apart from the loop tht looks as tho its stitched on ive been tying for an hour any ieas please

I think if you wiggle the stitched bit to the left or right you will find the plactic is not a solid bit and you can slide it off sideways. If we are talking about the same bit.
