If you didn't get a Ben Nevis/ McKinley centre from B and Q

Like me I got an apology letter and £20 gift voucher today. Not the same, but at least they acknowledged the mix-up and disappointment

Although they took my details they never actually took any money from me. I think they realised their mistake pretty quickly, but still took over a fortnight to actually get back to me, when I had all the planning for where it was going and had told the kids- so we were all disappointed.

I never saw an article though remember at the time a lagre section on money saving expert(I think) That's shocking you've never had your money back. What have they said alibubbles?
