thanks for the tip about looking for the Peace Camp colour on Ebay Vickiyumyum but now I have the same problem with the Mamas and Papas colour range called Adventure and when I put that in Ebay I dont get anything (apart from the pushchair that i'm thinking of buying!).

Does anyone know the colour?

TIA

think it's a greeny colour with a tan piping

mckenzie · 09/10/2005 20:32

it's described as Coriander with beige cord but the picture doesn't show it very clearly and it's difficult to imagine what ti will look like. i was rather hoping someone might have actually seen it somewhere to give an opinion.

is it anew colour? or a previous years colour?

mckenzie · 09/10/2005 21:56

it must be an old one Vicki as it's being sold well below rrp. It looks okay on the Ebay picture but I'm just not sure and it makes me nervous that there isn't a sigle other thing on Ebay. When i checked peace Camp like you suggested there were lots to choose from but zilch for Adventure. Weird huh?

just had a quick look on ebay and mamas and papas.co.uk and the one on ebay looks like the one called discovery on m&p website. maybe they got there colours mixed up?

the one on ebay looks nice though, although isn't it a catalogue picture? oh and when you go to m&p.co.uk some of the three wheelers have been reduced to £130, peacecamp. retro sport, moonrock and stone

m&p

mckenzie · 09/10/2005 22:12

thansk Vicki. they must have onyl jsut added the retro as it was only the Peace Camp when I looked on fridya. Their $!$"$"" website is very very slow just now which is sods law as I was hoping to have an early night but now i'm fixated with seeing what Retro sport looks like so i can order it

i think its a nice colour, its black with a pale blue bit isn't it. have you ordered it then?
god having to be really good i do not need another buggy! must not even l;ook at the m&p site anymore.

mckenzie · 10/10/2005 21:14

that's the one. Ordered it last night and it should arrive by the weekend. I know I should really get rid of the old 3 wheeler when it arrives but I bet I wont be able to bring myself to let it go.

hey vickiyumyum.
check this one out on Ebay 7717874321.

Have you ever heard of this make? I'm regreting now not having a rear facing pushchair (I've been giving house room to my friends one for the last 5 months and was using it for the school run, with her consent, but she came and collected it at the weekend). I really missed not being able to chat with DD as we walked to school this afternoon.

not seen one like that before. i would be tempted to buy it as well as the m&p if i could get it for the £29.99 as you could probably flog it in the freeads for more when you had finished with it.

having my ds facing me was never really an issue from about 8or9 months as he preferred to see out and wave at the cars and buses and the smelly tramps and anyone who you really didn't want to talk to, but who would inevitably start trying to talk to you when they have a smiling baby waving at them.

mckenzie · 11/10/2005 21:29

oh dear. That was the answer I was hoping for and DH was dreading. Postage and insurance is nearly as much as the pushchair though so i've asked if I can collect. I'll let that be the decider.
Thansk for looking at it.

god, i really must stay away from any shop or website that sells buggies. have become convinced that ds needs a maclaren ryder after seeing one in mothercare for £160 and then seeing them on ebay for about £70!!

vickiyumyum · 11/10/2005 21:30

oh well blame me, i encouraged you!
