HELP...what 4x4's can take 3 car seats??

We are really stuck and would be really grateful to here from others in a similar position.

We have a two year old and 3 month old twins, we currently have an A6 and I manage to squeeze in the middle of the twins (which isn't the best) with our 2 year old in the front.

We need a bigger car and ideally would like to put all 3 kids on the 2nd row. Only downside is we didn't want to go for a people carrier and would much prefer a 4X4.

Currently considering Discovery 3, Audi Q7, VW Tourag and Volvo XC90 or similar(if our pocket can stretch that far!)

Is anyone in the same position children with kids ages and already happy with their 4x4?

not a 4x4 but we have a volvo v70 and can fit 3 across the back (pic on my profile)

am pretty sure you'd be able to with the XC90 too, but it's mahoooooosive!
