Thinking of buying one for Childminding, so would need 3 proper seats in the middle row.

Are they any good?

My brother (3 children, 8, 5 and 2). He hated those big cars, SIL couldn't drive anything bigger than a Micra etc. They both love it, really love it and I covet it every day. SIL says it's easier to drive than her previous car (a Peugeot 306)

So not first hand knowledge here but hope it helps :)

Had one on Motability found it easy to get three kids on middle row. Easy to park

Do the extra two seats in the back fold down & away flat/easily or do you have to man handle the seats out when you want to use the bootspace as such?

bottersnike · 24/01/2011 12:49

We looked at one of these yesterday - really like it. Back seats fold down really easily, and there are lots of handy cubby holes etc.
I'm going to test drive a semi-automatic version this weekend - any hints, as I've never tried one before?

LittlePushka · 24/01/2011 12:56

Bottersnike - do the seats fold down sort of flat so that the boot is still useable as a regual flat boot?

bottersnike · 24/01/2011 20:22

Yes, they do, and I found it easier to do than the seats in the S-Max. We will need space for a dog, so it has to have somewhere to sit!

Thanks bottersnike - would you come back and tell me what you make of your test drive after the weekend
