Mattress springy one or Latex?

Am about to buy a new mattress anybody any preferences ? DH moves shed loads and I was honestly thinking of getting 2 singles this time and one of those Ikea mattress divider things.

Memory foam ones are good as you can't feel other person moving as much.

Latex mattresses are excellent. Don't know the mattress divider things but IME two singles is awful to sleep on.

Was thinking that teh latex would be better from the moving side of things ( getting adouble) rather than 2 single springy type....
