Anyone ever seen party invitations and party ware in the Clifford theme? Grateful for any tips - have tried searching the web, but the sites seem mainly to be American, and am not sure if they'd send overseas (Europe).
Also - this is for my ds who'll be 6 at his next birthday - do you think the other kids will think it 'uncool' to like Clifford??

My ds loves Clifford - but he's only 2:8 - would it be worth asking some of the other mums whether their children like Clifford?

My five year old seems to think he's "cool" but not very cool!!

When we did a Thunderbirds party a couple of years back I couldn't get the partyware so just went for blue and yellow plates , napkins and tablecloth, and balloons. For Clifford you could always draw a face on red ones (or cut out ears and stick on eyes etc for a kids activity).

On the cbeebies website they sometimes have printable invitations themed to the programmes.

Hey I know I'm always going on about Ebay, but hey sue me

How about this then?

Hey, I am Clifford.

Well I have been at DD's school's book fair. Yep, I was the mug who got dressed up in the Big Red Dog outfit but I have to admit I loved it (and sweated off at least half a stone!). A great way to watch the children covertly as I sat in on storytime for the nursery and reception children and went to visit Nursery, Reception, Y1 and Y2 in the playground.

Y2 were frightening (pulling at me and very crowding and desperate to know who was inside); Y1 were enthusiastic about my attempts to get onto their climbing frame and play hopscotch; Reception and Nursery (loved* it when I tried to play in their wendy house and crawl through their tunnel.

Think the ebay stuff is great.

Maybe you could contact Scholastic and see if Clifford could make an appearance?

Can't believe I missed that Ebay offer - never seen that site before!

Yea, I think 6 is a bit 'old' now for CBRD - but it'll be a joint party with his little sister, so we can get away with it. Just. How long do things take to get to Europe from the States?? Maybe in time for MY birthday next year?

His school friends will have to come round separately, and we'll pretend we've never heard of CBRD ... I guess it's the Incredible Hulk instead?
