Has anyone washed a doomoo base? If so, hot or cold wash? hand, machine or dry clean? label says sponge clean only but after 3 years use it needs a deeper clean. I emailed the manufacturer but just got a 'thank you for your comment' reply. resent email but they haven't come back to me. Thanks x
