AAARRRRGGGHH!!! Who has avocado green bathroom fixtures?

What, oh what, am I doing wrong?! It seems that there are a lot of products "with limescale removing agents" (i.e. limelight, duck toilet bowl cleaner) that instead of removing the limescale either make it more visible, or add white streaks to boot!

This is very noticable against the terrible green color!!! (How was avocado ever, ever fashionable???)

Anyone have this retro bathroom fixture color? (or any other off-beat color like blue ect)

What do you use to clean? I am at my wits end!

No advice other than get your child to break the sink and toilet by dropping the lid from the cistern whilst looking to see where poo goes having watched 'Come Outside's program about drains and sewers. Then claim from your insurance for the cost of a new bathroom suite as apparently you are entitled to have one that matches. Worked for us

Have you tried plain household cleaning vinegar ? Put it on overnight and scrub away next day, then repeat as necessary - worked on our kitchen taps. We now have just an avocado cloakroom letf - hopefully soon to go - and like amynnixmum's idea, lol.
