Swimming caps for toddler with curly hair

I was wondering if anybody would be able to recommend a swimming cap for my toddler who has long abundant very curly hair. I'm not overly concerned about the hair getting wet, it's more about the way it gets so tangled, and also the torture that it is to put a latex cap on her in the first place. I was thinking maybe a polyester cap first and then a latex on top would work?? Any ideas anyone?

Yes a polyester cap with a latex cap over the top is the best way if you're having problems with hair tangling.

Both my daughters wear the 2 caps for this reason. The latex caps are mandatory for their swimming lessons and are provided by the school, but we found the soft polyester hats on a sports gear website, i think most will sell them if you google.

For a while it was a real struggle getting their latex hats on before lessons, with lots of painful pulling of hair but the polyester ones slide straight on. I did check with their swimming instructor to see if the polyester caps were allowed and she said it was fine as long as they wear the latex caps over the top.

Does your daughter have to wear the latex cap? If this isn't mandatory then the polyester one might give her enough protection
