well that makes a change from a cardboard box, not sure how long it would last.

Actually, they're brilliant. My dd's old nursery had one for their "fun day" in July, the kids all painted it (with sponges and their fingers) and they're still using it to play in now. Despite the use and abuse that a pre-school full of 3 and 4 year olds give it, it's still standing, it's still solid and it still looks lovely.

I always loved playing in the big boxes that freezers and tellies came in , played with them for ages.

SleepySuzy · 03/10/2005 23:26

But surely you could just make it yourself??

ScarySkribble · 04/10/2005 00:04

I made a great folding one like a tower for my DD out ao a fridge freezer box, sat in the middle of the living room for weeks although i designed it to fold up.

My ds had a very similar rocket for his birthday. It's lovely.
