Sending gift to Italy

Hi,
I need to send a gift via something similar to Interflora, but have no idea where to start. Does anyone have any ideas of which company does nice gifts for a man which I could send via the Internet and delivered to his door?

Interflora do International delivery.

Many websites do overseas shipping.
