Thank you! noddy.com - can't believe I didn't try that!

Nemo666 · 02/10/2005 22:16

He is a biggie hunker . When my dp went away last weekend i kept catching noddy out the corner of my eye as my DD had sat him on the sette and kept turning round thinking someone was there.

vickitiredmum · 02/10/2005 22:29

Noddy club looks good - that might be on the xmas list i think!

vickitiredmum · 02/10/2005 22:31

That effing music though .... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Had to close the website VERY quickly.......

Nemo666 · 02/10/2005 22:32

If you are getting it for xmas order around beginning nov cos then kids will still get a xmas card and you can stash the box of goodies as it comes in plain brown box.

vickitiredmum · 02/10/2005 22:33

No plastic bag?

hunkerpumpkin · 02/10/2005 22:34

In festive spirits already i see pumpkin! DH says noddy club is a go! yay.

Nemo - tis funny but probably true that indeed a large majority of posters, having had one or more children have such poor pelvic floors now thatthey probably DO PTSL!

Wouldnt like to say if i was one of those

vickitiredmum · 03/10/2005 00:01

i dont have a DH!

unless we married whilst i was asleep one day!

Milliways · 03/10/2005 19:39

I have found some comics. Issue 1,2,4,7,8,12,17&45! (c.1992/3 I think). They are in good condition but mazes, colouring etc have been done. You can have them for an SAE (weigh 550-580g together) if you think it worth the effort!

BadHair · 03/10/2005 19:51

I used to work for the company that held the rights to Noddy. We used to have a full-sized Noddy's car to use at trade events, and when it wasn't in use it was parked in our car park. The tyres kept going flat and once we lost the pump and had to get the RAC to come out to blow them up!

We had the Teletubbies Roadshow double-decker bus hogging 8 spaces in our underground car-park too. I reversed my Astra into it once, but I didn't hang around to see if there was any damage.

That was in my pre-children days so I wasn't as spectacularly impressed as I would now be.

hunkerpumpkin · 03/10/2005 19:59

Milliways, thank you for that - not sure that DS is quite old enough for comics, so will pass for the mo, but someone else might want them? Thank you!

Tortington · 03/10/2005 19:59

rhubarb told me it means going for a wee in french

hunkerpumpkin · 03/10/2005 20:00

What does, Custy - Noddy?

Mind you, chin-chin (said instead of cheers by elderly relatives and those who drink sherry, IME) means willies in Japanese!

Tortington · 03/10/2005 20:07

yes so rhubarb told me "im going for a noddy" in french of course
