I need new gym trainers. Was gonna go for some cheap Nike's as they're usually the comfiest brand for me. But then I got interested in those trainers with the extra toning technology...
Question is though, are they any good on a treadmill?

Hope you didn't buy the Reebok ones, Glub. IIRC their advertisements were pulled recently by the ASA because there was no evidence that the trainers had the effect that the company was claiming.

oh no! what part of it was incorrect? i was under no illusion that they were going to make me skinny... just hoped they'd work my bum a bit more! and what about sketchers/mbt's?

None of them can prove that they work, it was just that Reebok went a bit further in their claims than the others.
