That's it really, is there a trick to getting the board to sync? Here's what we've been doing:
1 - make sure lights on board and dongle are blinking
2 - press dongle so lights blink quickly
3 - press ps3 button and hold so lights blink quickly, it's at this point they're supposed to sync, I think, but they don't
