I'm seriously thinking of getting one but am scared it'll end up gathering dust. Do you use yours?

Another loaf in the oven this time from scratch It'll be ready at midnight so I'll have to stay up.

god youa re bread monsters lol
hwo much butter are you geting thorugh?

UlyseesSpirits · 05/10/2005 19:39

I haven't noticed and daren't add it up Apparently the novelty soon wears off and I'll be down to 3 loaves a week in no time

I don't use butter - I use sunflower spread - butter is a luxury reserved only for the cooking of the bread ATM - have to make do with the 'cheaper' spread on top

But we go through a loaf a day.

there's an offer of bogof for breadmixes in morrisons. I bought ...ermmmmm.... a lot today

For those of you who make the dough and then bake in the oven (excellent idea I hate the hole in the bottom of the loaf from the paddle, it mucks up the slices) - what temperature do you cook it on please.

Sorry for the hijack.
