advice please - have bambinex teddies for day - v soft and fluffy; bambinex bamboo for night - hard and scratchy - MN reviews all seem to think these stay fluffy and soft - what am I doing wrong?
I don't tumble dry as a matter of course, though this makes them a bit softer. Is it hard water?
