bugaboo frog has its own buggy board to fit it.

lunalampard · 28/09/2005 20:41

have looked at that online and ca'nt see we're you'd walk with the bugaboo board as it only has one wheel in the middle - rather than two so you can walk behind it - does that make sense

Hm don't knwo but a friend had one and used it until her toddler got too heavy. It was for her 3rd baby, so she'd had other pushchairs including M and P Pliko, and she really rated it. Also it easily flipped out of the way when she didn't need it. £££ though

the pliko is really good with a buggy board, so i should imagine that the pramette is just as good.

vickiyumyum -ooh thanks for that - have you tried it?

AFAIK most buggies take the new style Buggy board. We had a three-wheeler, they are notoriously tricky to fit because of wide wheelbase but it was fine. I'm sure any of these would work (not a buggy expert tho so can't be certain!)

had abuggy board on a pliko 3yrs ago, but not one of the newer ones, although it was a p3! so the frame is the same.
had no probs with it, fairly easy to walk without kicking the buggy board, didn't appear tyo wear the tires out on the buggy that quickly, i know with some of the smaller maclarens and mothercare buggies it can reduce the life of your buggy wheels by at least half.

easy to fit, and i think thats about all i can say really. if you have any other questions just ask and i'll see if i can answer them!

i have an urban detour, that would NOT fit a buggy board on becasue of the position of the fixed hood in relation to the handles.

I have just got a pliko from ebay and i stand my eldest on the little step thing at the back.

I used a buggy board with the Maclaren techno xt and had no problems.

Only minor glitch was when baby was newborn and toddler was two, you had to be careful buggy didn't tip back as the buggy is so lightweight. Don't let it put you off though as babies get heavier quickly, don't they!!!!
