Amazon just said they can't deliver before Xmas

Hi,

We've just chased some overdue orders on Amazon, and were told they had gone missing in the post. But I was stunned to hear that they wouldn't resend them as they probably wouldn't arrive by Christmas, even though their website's front page says you can still order for two days!

Order from them at your peril!

Neither of mine have come. Have had a generic email from the managing director saying that he has every confidence that my parcels will be here for Xmas. How he can be confident when they have no idea where they are I don't know.

Anyway KLM don't appear to be able to deliver my DH back to me before Xmas and I'm more worried about that.
