Child safe sharp knife?

DS (3) loves to help chop vegetables. I don't want him to use a proper sharp knife unless I hold his hand (which he's not always keen on...) and an ordinary eating knife will cut bananas but not much else.

I think I once saw a reference to a knife that's safe for children to use as it won't cut skin, but can be used on vegetables. It seems a bit far fetched though and I can't find anything after a quick Google, so does anyone know what I mean? Or have any other suggestions?

Was just going to post about the pampered chef one. My DD is 3 and loves hers.

this one?
Is it sharp enough? Would it cut things like peppers?

Thanks for the tip!
