'marco sky' double pushchair, can it be used from birth?

Just been looking at them on ebay, some say can be used from 3 months but the seat lies back, has anyone got one and used it for a newborn?

seat doesn't lie completely flat afaik

thats a shame, all other doubles look so big, im bad enough with a single, can anybody recomend a double that doesnt cost the earth?

I'm tempted by that new cossatto for in the car. I had the single for ds, and loved it. I'm waiting for reviews, as it is only just on the market.

I would put a newborn in it because although not totally flat - certainly flat enough (and flatter than being slumped in a car seat!)
