anyone had one done? we are contemplating it and just wondered if anyone could recommend a good company (sw london). Also (being very cheeky) how much did it cost and (crucially) do you use it? We have a good size cellar - the stairs go down from the kitchen and we are contemplating a utility room, loo and play room. Is it worth it? Am currently reeling from our first quote. We seem to the only people who just cannot get stuff done for a reasonable price.
